![Upload](https://s3.ap-southeast-1.amazonaws.com/virtualprotocolcdn/1000141049_f1834608d2.png)DivStream DivStream is a dividend streaming protocol built on Robinhood Chain (Chain ID 4663) that brings corporate cash flows onchain for stock token holders. The Problem Tokenized stocks on Robinhood Chain trade 24/7, but dividends are still processed offchain through traditional brokerage rails with T+2 settlement. Holders of stock tokens such as AAPL, NVDA, TSLA, KO, and MSFT own the underlying asset but have no onchain mechanism to receive, route, or reinvest dividends as they are distributed by issuing companies. This creates a yield gap between tokenized equity and onchain capital efficiency. What DivStream Does DivStream lets stock token holders deposit their holdings into a dividend vault. The protocol then: \- detects ex-dividend and payout dates via Chainlink Automation \- fetches official dividend amounts from company disclosures using Chainlink Functions \- distributes dividend payments as stablecoins directly to user wallets, eliminating broker delays Three Distribution Modes Cash Out Dividends are paid as USDC or USDG directly to the holder's wallet. Reinvest Dividends are automatically swapped back into the same stock token through Uniswap. Hedge A configurable portion of dividends is converted into stablecoins to offset dividend drag or volatility. Why Robinhood Chain DivStream is purpose-built for the Robinhood Chain ecosystem. \- Chainlink stock price feeds are already live. \- USDC and USDG settlement rails are active. \- Dividend schedules for more than 20 stock tokens are mapped in-protocol. No other chain combines live stock token feeds, stablecoin settlement, and Chainlink Automation in the same way. Protocol Economics \- 8–15 basis point fee on dividend flows \- Vault creators (strategists) earn 30% of protocol fees generated by their vaults Architecture \- Smart Contracts: Solidity vault contracts with ERC-4626-style share accounting for stock token deposits \- Automation: Chainlink Automation triggers distribution events on ex-dividend dates \- Data: Chainlink Functions fetch dividend amounts from official corporate disclosures and SEC EDGAR feeds \- Swaps: Uniswap v3 integration powers reinvest mode \- Indexer: Offchain indexer tracks dividend calendars and vault state \- API: Headless JSON API at "/api/v1/" for vaults, events, tokens, and payouts \- Dashboard: Flask monitoring interface on port 8080 for vault TVL and dividend event tracking Current State The protocol is live with: \- 21 canonical Robinhood Chain stock token addresses loaded \- SQLite-backed persistence for vaults, dividend events, and payout history \- JSON API endpoints for tokens, vaults, events, and payouts \- Public read-only frontend deployable via GitHub Pages Protocol Network: Robinhood Chain (Chain ID 4663) Links Repository: [https://github.com/retarddegeneth/divstream](https://github.com/retarddegeneth/divstream) Live Site: [https://divstream-production.up.railway.app/](https://divstream-production.up.railway.app/) Risk Disclosure DivStream operates on a permissionless public blockchain. Smart contracts carry inherent risk. Dividend amounts are sourced from official data feeds but remain subject to corporate actions, stock splits, dividend changes, and suspensions. Users should independently verify vault parameters and understand onchain transaction finality before depositing assets.
