Mancer is a decentralized exchange on Robinhood Chain offering swaps, limit orders, and recur‐ ring buys. Its central design decision is that the protocol never custodies funds: an order is an EIP712 message, the maker's tokens remain in their own wallet until the moment a fill settles, and every fill must clear a price floor the settlement contract enforces — the maker's own floor for limit orders, the pool's time-weighted oracle price for recurring schedules https://mancer.xyz/
