Sherwood Exchange

Sherwood **a privacy-preserving exchange (shielded DEX) built natively for Robinhood Chain.** Sherwood lets users shield tokenized assets — tokenized equities (TSLA, AMZN, NVDA, AAPLx…), USDG, and ETH/WETH — into zero-knowledge UTXO notes, then privately **transfer, swap through the chain's public Uniswap v3 liquidity, and settle** — without exposing identity, balances, or trade history on-chain. It's **compliance-native**: every private spend proves in zero-knowledge that its funds descend from a screened, ASP-approved deposit ("proof of innocence"), so privacy never becomes anonymity for illicit flows — a fit for a regulated chain.
