What it is: Hoodlock token lock
Where HEY read it: The HoodLock locker contract · View at the source ↗
When it happened: Not dated by the source; HEY dates it by when it saw it.
HEY first saw it: Before HEY kept first sightings: it was already there when HEY began recording.
Counts toward building: No. It is context: it does not change activity status or Build Momentum.
What it does not say: A lock says what the locker contract holds and until when. It is not a safety check, not a score, and never an input to activity status.
