GAVEL is the verdict layer for launch auctions on Robinhood Chain. Uniswap's launcher warns it is "trivially easy" to configure a malicious auction and tells users to validate parameters themselves. Nobody does. GAVEL does it for every launch, in public: deterministic checks set a verdict ceiling from chain state; the judge agent reasons about what scripts cannot read and may only lower a verdict, never raise it.
