How HEY ties a hook to a project
HEY reads each hook from the pools Uniswap v4’s PoolManager initialises on Robinhood Chain, then the explorer’s record of who created it. A hook is listed when the account that launched a published project’s token created it after the token, directly or through a deterministic deployer — that deployment counts exactly like any other follow-up deployment, with no extra weight — or when the project’s own official contract listing names it. A launchpad’s hooks, a shared or serial deployer’s, and any hook only seen in a project’s pools are not the project’s. HEY never infers who built a hook from transfers, swaps or the pools that use it, and keeps no creator account.
“What its address lets the pool call” is decoded from the address itself — the callbacks it declares, not what the code does and not whether it is safe. Market context never affects a project’s activity status or Build Momentum.
